RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at our online ecommerce store. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and our business providing all profits on each product to charity, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defect in the product received from the factory.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will either replace the defective item or issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used to make the original purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for any reason other than a defect in the product received from the factory. We are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping or any misuse of the product after delivery.
